Founded in 1993.
What is your primary product or service?
Integrated marketing communications: the combination of public relations, advertising and marketing tactics to achieve business objectives.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Television journalist to corporate PR to big PR firm to my own agency.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are more strategic in our approach than most agencies. There are design agencies that create pretty brochures and Web companies that develop cool Websites with no consideration of a client's objectives and how those might best be achieved. We are strategic, and we achieve client objectives.

One location serving mostly Ohio-based clients.

Typical agnecy terms: 30 days, billed in quarter-hour increments. Out-of-pocket costs are subject to 15% markup.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Bob Zajac
What are your hours of operation?
Generally, 8:30 to 5. But we do whatever we need to do to meet deadlines and, as a company that provides crisis communications, we're available 24/7.
